The remuneration of the Executives of the Company is governed by the guidelines of the Department of Public Enterprises, Government of India.
The remunerations of Employees are fixed through negotiations with Recognized Employee's Unions and Officers' Associations subject to overall guidelines of Department of Public Enterprises, Government of India. The present scales of Pay are given below:
       


Note : In addition to above Dearness Allowance, accommodation in Company Quarters on nominal rent or House rent allowance, Leave as per rule, Leave travel concession, Free medical treatment / reimbursement, subsidized canteen facilities, Provident Fund etc., are also given as per Company's rules
